*** Daily registration participants are required to pay a facility usage fee of 120 Euro + VAT.
Participants who do not stay at the Congress Hotels through Serenas Tourism will be charged an additional external participation fee of 120 Euro + VAT per day, in addition to the congress registration fee.
Participants without accommodation must pay the external participation fee together with the registration fee in order to access the congress center.
Association members with outstanding membership dues will be charged the same registration fee as non-member specialists.
All individuals attending the scientific sessions as speakers or participants, accompanying persons, or those wishing to attend as product promoters are required to register.
The registration fee includes:
congress bag, program and abstract books, certificate of participation, name badge, airport–hotel transfers, and lunches at the congress hotel for participants not staying at the congress hotel.
VAT is not included in the registration fees. The VAT rate is 20%.
Registration will be considered valid once the bank receipt confirming payment to the accounts listed below is sent to info@turkrad2025.org
or submitted to Serenas Tourism.
Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any potential changes in taxes, duties, or fees on the prices.
If payments are not completed by December 15, 2025, a 20% increase will be applied to the third-period rates.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
• All cancellations must be submitted to Serenas Tourism in written form.
• Cancellations made before August 1, 2025 will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made between August 1 – September 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 1, 2025.

• Accommodation packages are priced for 5 nights, check-in on December 16, 2025 and check-out on December 21, 2025, and are on an all-inclusive basis.
• A 2% accommodation tax is included in the prices. 10% VAT will be added.
• Participants not staying at the congress hotels via Serenas Tourism will be charged a daily external participation fee of 120 Euro + VAT, in addition to the registration fee.
This fee includes lunch and coffee breaks between 08:30–18:00 at the congress center.
• Accommodation will be confirmed only after your request is sent to info@turkrad2025.org, and a budget is provided and approved, and the payment receipt is emailed to Serenas Tourism.
Applications submitted only with a bank receipt or without budget confirmation will be added to the waiting list.
• If payments are not completed by December 15, 2025, a 20% surcharge will be applied based on the 3rd period rates.
TRANSFER
Round-trip group transfers between the airport and congress hotels will be provided free of charge on December 15, 16, and 21, 2025 for all participants who have notified Serenas Tourism of their flight details in advance.
Transfer change requests will be honored only if flight changes are notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
Transfer requests outside these dates will be considered private transfers.
Private round-trip transfer fee: 250 Euro + VAT (VAT rate is 20%).
